What we do with your letter.
A denial letter carries your name, your member number, your diagnosis, and your address. Handing that to a website is a real thing to ask, so here is exactly what happens to it.
The lifecycle of an upload
On upload
The file is sent over an encrypted connection and read once, by the AI provider that processes it. It is not sold, and it is not shared with your insurer or any agency.
Never written down
The image or PDF is processed in memory and never stored on our servers. There is no copy of it to delete.
For 30 days
If you save a letter, the decode and your draft response stay available so you can come back to them. Nothing is saved unless you ask for it.
After 30 days
A saved letter is deleted automatically, and you can delete one yourself at any time from Your letters.
Never
Your documents are not used to train AI models, and your data is not sold.
